Bourgeon Luxury Safaris is a tour and travel company, whose idea was conceived by James Njoroge Njeri. The motivation behind it is pretty altruistic. See, it gets to a place where one becomes an adult, with a wide range of responsibilities, in the course of our careers and family life, that can take a toll on us, even the strongest among us. This creates a need to unwind and regain the needed rest and break from everyday life; what better way than to tour the magnificent scenes our great land has to offer? This idea was furthered by the end of the pandemic, which left people’s mental health in the gutters. That is when James saw an opportunity, to offer touring and traveling experiences to popular and lesser-known venues, at affordable prices, suitable for both local and international tourists.

“Nature is beautiful, nature is therapeutic, nature is soothing, nature is life,” is Mr. Njoroge’s response to the question “Why tour?” His great love for nature and its soothing power are what pushes the company’s CEO to keep investing in the idea and to give as many people as possible, an opportunity to be partakers of this magic.
